  • Yes. It operates as a flat-fee digital publication and directory, not a fee-splitting or pay-per-lead referral service. Your annual allocation is a direct marketing expenditure, strictly adhering to New York State professional advertising guidelines.

  • No. Submitting the Charter Allocation Request simply time-stamps your inquiry and temporarily holds your place in line. We will conduct a brief 5-minute call at your requested time to verify that your requested category remains open. If available, we will issue your digital execution packet via DocuSign to officially secure your territory lockout.

  • Executing now secures the locked $4,500 rate (a $3000 reduction) instead of the $7,500 post-launch rate and immediately prevents competitors from acquiring your seat. This guarantees your immediate territory security. Your active 365-day distribution term officially commences on the Q1 2027 launch date.  You’re not paying for ‘empty time,’ you’re securing positioning before the public rollout.

  • Phase 1 is Membership Enrollment. Upon enrollment, you acquire immediate security of your seat. Your profile and editorial assets will then enter the onboarding pipeline in the background for the Q1 2027 official launch.

    Phase 2 is subscriber-acquisition and curating. During Phase 2, we are forming the Newsletter Publication and the Exclusive Directory in preparation for launch in Q1.

  • We do not operate a month-to-month revolving door of advertisers. An annual commitment ensures that our readers see consistent, reliable local institutions, while providing your practice with uninterrupted, year-round market attention.

  • While the standard Institutional Rate increases to $7,500 upon our Q1 2027 platform launch, practices that execute an agreement during Phase 1 are protected with the lifetime annual $4500 rate (a $3000 reduction). As a Founding Member, your $4,500 Charter Rate is contractually locked and guaranteed for a 36-month term, securing your exclusive placement and barring local competitors from your category.
